Swati Punia is a Senior Program Officer with the Technology and Society team and works on issues at the intersection of technology, law, and policy, with a specific focus on privacy, data protection, data governance, and regulation of emerging technologies like blockchain. Prior to joining CCG, she worked with a global think tank on consumer protection issues in the digital economy.  Swati holds bachelor's degrees in law and business administration from the Symbiosis Law School, Pune. She also earned certificates in cyber law and corporate law. Upon graduation, she worked with a non-profit organization on youth empowerment.
