Sridhar is a Senior Associate at Artha Global, under the Centre for Technology and Innovation. His current research focuses on data and tech policy, ranging from collaborating with governments to improve national open data initiatives and state-level data policies to studying the role of digital public infrastructure in governance. He was previously a Senior Associate at IDFC Institute. Prior to joining the Institute, he worked as an analyst with the learning transformation team at Chrysalis, supporting program design, impact assessment and behavioral analytics for the classroom. He worked on the improvement of learning outcomes and nutrition in public education as part of the Teach for India Fellowship. He also worked at Tata Consultancy Services' Banking and Financial Services, where his role encompassed software design, database administration, and performance benchmarking of anti-money laundering solutions for financial institutions. Sridhar is an engineer with a bachelor’s degree in Information Technology.
