Dona has a background in law, with experience in qualitative and quantitative research and legislative drafting. Previously, she has worked with the Centre for Criminology and Victimology and the Theodore Eisenberg Centre for Empirical Legal Research at the National Law University Delhi and the Centre for Policy Research, New Delhi. She has also worked as a Consultant with UN Women India, researching and writing policy documents on women’s economic empowerment. Her interests lie at the intersection of law, gender and technology. She has degrees in LL.M and B.A.LL.B from India.
